Job summary

Genesis Products is seeking a skilled operator to run the lamination press, setup for each scheduled run, and maintain a clean, safe work area on the production floor in the United States. You will ensure materials are loaded correctly and line efficiency is maximized while maintaining strict quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Run the lamination press to maximize production with minimal downtime.
• Set up the machine for each scheduled run and obtain approvals for schedule changes.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and keep lines loaded with correct materials.
• Escalate material and equipment issues to the paper room, scheduler, and Maintenance.
• Accurately log 1sts/2nds/3rds, temperatures, pressures, cycle times, and downtime.
