Job summary

Pregis is seeking an Operator for the Lamination department to run converting equipment, ensure safety and quality, and support continuous improvement during a day shift. The role emphasizes accurate data entry, meeting production targets, and adhering to PPE and safety protocols.

The ideal candidate will have at least a high school diploma and prefer some manufacturing experience, with SAP familiarity considered a plus. This is a full-time day shift position with potential overtime.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP system is a plus.
• Comfort with reading measurements and following standardized work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assist in operating assigned converting machine(s) to maintain safety, quality, and throughput.
• Enter production reporting data into machine computer accurately as needed.
• Monitor machine operation to ensure correct product measurements and quality.
• Promote Pregis core values: integrity, collaboration, customer focus and innovation.
• Adhere to safety programs and PPE requirements; maintain a clean, safe work area.
• Meet or exceed production rates and minimize waste; assist with shift handoffs.
• Report quality defects and set aside non-conforming goods for recycling.
