Job summary

Pregis LLC is seeking a Lamination Operator to manage lamination equipment, monitor quality, and support production flow in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The role requires strong attention to safety, data entry accuracy, and teamwork across shifts.

The Operator will work a Continental 12-hour shift (6PM-6AM), adhere to PPE requirements, and report any product or machine defects to leadership. Previous manufacturing experience and SAP/ERP familiarity are advantageous.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate lamination equipment and monitor quality throughout the process.
• Report production totals and any issues to supervision at shift end.
• Maintain strict safety and PPE compliance and housekeeping within the line.
• Input production data into the machine computer/system accurately during production.
• Assist with downstream stacker and handoffs, communicating defects or concerns to leadership.
