Job summary

NASL is seeking an experienced Lamination Production Operator to set up, operate, and monitor lamination equipment for high quality laminated materials. The role travels to Wisconsin for company-paid training and leads junior operators on shift to meet daily goals.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of lamination experience, strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to log production data in ERP systems, with ongoing training to advance to higher qualification levels.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of machine operation experience in manufacturing preferred.
• Experience with lamination or converting equipment is a plus.
• Ability to complete NASL training, including Level 3 requirements.
• Demonstrated commitment to company core values: Integrity, Solutions, Service, Quality.
• Travel to Wisconsin for training.

Responsibilities

• Direct and assist the production team in setup, operation, and monitoring of lamination machines.
• Set up machines efficiently to ensure timely startup and quality output.
• Load and align rolls of film, foil, paper, or fabric into laminating equipment.
• Start, stop, adjust, and troubleshoot equipment as needed.
• Record production and inspection data; use ERP for logging.
• Train and support other operators to develop skills and qualifications.
• Collaborate with team to meet daily production targets.
