Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of machine operation experience in printing/packaging.
• Ability to read and interpret a ruler.
• Strong communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Set up lamination machine per job ticket (adhesive type, quantity, and run details).
• Operate laminating process to produce laminated rolls.
• Identify and correct quality issues during lamination.
• Maintain adhesive mixture for 2-part systems; monitor back side treatment.
• Verify product IDs and perform visual inspections with QC sign-off.
