Job summary

Avery Dennison is seeking a label machine operator to join our production team on the D shift (Wed 1:45am-8am, Thurs-Sat 7:75pm-8am). The role starts at $20 per hour with a shift differential and includes a $500 sign-on bonus for eligible candidates.

You will operate label printing equipment, minimize waste, log materials in the ERP system, maintain inventory FIFO, and follow safety rules. A high school diploma or GED and 1–2 years of related experience are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1–2 years related experience and/or training.
• Strong mechanical skills to analyze and operate label machine equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operates label machines properly and efficiently to meet production deadlines.
• Minimize waste or misuse of raw materials.
• Logs time and materials in the ERP system for each job.
• Maintains a clean, safe work area and follows safety policies.
