Job summary

Avery Dennison in Charlotte, NC seeks an on-site Equipment Operator for the Night Shift to run label machines and meet production deadlines. Schedule: 7 PM–6:30 AM Sun–Tue and 6:30 PM–3:00 AM Wed; pay is $20/hr plus a shift differential.

Requires High School diploma or GED and 1–2 years of related experience. You will log time and materials in the ERP system, maintain equipment, keep a clean, safe workspace, and may work OT or another shift as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1–2 years of related experience and/or training.
• Strong mechanical skills to operate label machine equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate label machines properly to meet production deadlines.
• Minimize waste or misuse of raw materials.
• Communicate label production issues with the Production Supervisor/Facility Manager.
• Log time and materials for each job in the ERP system.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area and follow all safety policies.
• May work overtime or on another shift as needed.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
