Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Cash handling experience required or preferred.
• Ability to lift, stand and bend during shifts.
• Reliable transportation and schedule flexibility are important.
• Must be able to use a mobile device for communication.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide an exceptional experience.
• Operate cash register and handle cash, lottery management, and shift paperwork.
• Perform daily store tasks with speed, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Stock and merchandise the sales floor and coolers.
• Assist with vendor check-ins and communicate issues to management.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness per PMG policies.
• Support management with additional tasks as needed.
• Exterior/interior cleaning as required.

Candidate meets and exceeds customer expectations on an ongoing basis. To ensure every customer has been provided an exceptional experience, candidate must work with their team members and provide support to Management, to complete all store level tasks related to customer service, merchandising, daily cleaning, cash register duties, and other related tasks.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Operate cash register, according to PMG standards, surrounding cash handling, record keeping, lottery management, and shift paperwork
• Execute daily store tasks with speed, accuracy, and efficiency
• Sales Floor Merchandising/Stocking
• Cooler Merchandising
• Vendor Check-Ins
• Communication of daily issues/challenges with Management
• Ensure PMG policies and procedures surrounding Safety and Operational Excellence are executed
• Perform work with Integrity, Honesty, and Respect
• Support Management with other assigned tasks
• Exterior/Interior Cleaning

Requirements

Education
