Job summary

The Abbey Resort is seeking a Restaurant Outlets Server to deliver prompt, courteous service to guests at a resort on Geneva Lake. Starting at $2.33 per hour plus tips, this role focuses on beverage and food service, upselling, and maintaining an exceptional guest experience.

Qualifications include one year of restaurant experience, high-volume service capability, ServSafe certification, and strong communication skills. Training and a collaborative team environment are provided.

Responsibilities

• Take drink and food orders from guests.
• Communicate with kitchen to coordinate orders.
• Ensure prompt delivery of food to tables.
• Have working knowledge of liquor, beer, wine, and paired offerings.
• Handle all checks and cash according to procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas and silverware.
