Job summary

The Lookout is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot equipment, and ensure facilities and machinery are kept in optimal condition. You will interact with property owners, guests, and other departments to resolve maintenance issues as they arise.

Responsibilities include inspections, preventive maintenance, equipment repairs, and proper record-keeping. Must have a high school diploma or GED; on-site, varied shifts, and pay from $22.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; technical training is a plus.
• Proven experience as a maintenance technician or in a similar role.
• Solid understanding of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular inspections of facilities and equipment.
• Conduct preventive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Repair and replace defective equipment parts using hand tools and power tools.
• Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies promptly.
• Maintain detailed records of repairs and maintenance.
• Assist with installation of new machinery and systems as needed.
• Follow safety procedures and comply with health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with other technicians and departments to support operational needs.
