You will maintain accurate paperwork, follow GMPs, and participate in sanitation and QA programs, with 12-hour shifts and overtime as needed. Team collaboration is essential to meet department goals and food safety standards.

Qualificações

• Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Able to work 12-hour shifts, including weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Operate, monitor and manage IX columns for calcium reduction, evaporators, RO water polisher units, and related equipment.
• Maintain accurate and complete paperwork.
• Follow GMPs and sanitation procedures (CIP, COP) and QA programs.
