Qualifications

• Must have proficient English reading, writing and speaking.
• 2 years of dairy manufacturing experience is not stated here; emphasis on hands-on equipment operation and safety.
• Must be able to operate and troubleshoot packaging and related equipment.

Responsabilités

• Operate and maintain Cheese towers, Pepper Feeders and related equipment.
• Complete and maintain all documentation and inspections as assigned.
• Assist specialty products (parmesan, Romano, peppers) per production schedule.
• Identify flows from HCVs to packaging and complete Product Transitions.
• Troubleshoot plant issues and communicate with maintenance or process teams.
• Maintain operation and sanitation of equipment including CIP, COP and related inspections.
• Perform in-process sampling as assigned.
• Notify leadership about equipment or process safety/food safety issues.
• Learn and operate computer-related processes and controls.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation policies; participate in root cause analysis and improvements.
