Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assess understanding of milk transfer and breastfeeding techniques.
• Demonstrate age-appropriate competencies during patient interaction.
• Communicate breastfeeding skills to mothers and families in person and in writing.
• Conduct follow-up calls within one week of discharge to assess outcomes.
