Job summary

Goodwill Southern California is seeking Retail Associates to support our mission of Transforming Lives Through the Power of Work. You will provide friendly service to customers and donors, operate registers, process transactions, sort and merchandise donated goods, and help maintain clean, safe stores.

You’ll work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Basic English is required; prior retail or customer service experience is helpful; comfortable with POS and computer

• Ability to read, speak, and write basic English.
• Some retail, sales, or customer service experience preferred.
• Comfortable using point-of-sale and basic computer systems.
• Dependable, punctual, and motivated to support a team environment.
