Goodwill Southern California is hiring Retail Associates to support our mission of Transforming Lives Through the Power of Work. You will provide excellent service to customers and donors, operate cash registers, and help merchandise donated items.

This role emphasizes a welcoming store environment and teamwork in a fast-paced retail setting. You’ll work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with opportunities to grow within a mission-driven organization that values

Qualifications

• Ability to read, speak, and write basic English.
• Some retail, sales, or customer service experience preferred.
• Comfortable using point-of-sale and basic computer systems.
• Dependable, punctual, and motivated to support a team environment.
• A strong commitment to Goodwill’s mission and RISE values.
