Job summary

Goodwill Southern California is looking for Retail Associates to support mission efforts and create a welcoming shopping and donation experience. You will operate cash registers, process transactions, sort donated goods, and maintain a clean store environment while aiding daily operations and meeting sales goals.

Ideal candidates have basic English, some retail or customer service experience, and comfort with POS systems.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, speak, and write basic English.
• Some retail, sales, or customer service experience preferred.
• Comfortable using point-of-sale and basic computer systems.
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented.
