Job summary

Goodwill Southern California is seeking a Retail Associate to support our mission of transforming lives through work. You will provide excellent customer service, operate cash registers, and help merchandise donated goods while keeping the store organized and welcoming.

The role involves working flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Prior retail or customer service experience is a plus, and you will use POS systems and basic computer tools to process transactions.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, speak, and write basic English.
• Some retail, sales, or customer service experience preferred.
• Comfortable using point-of-sale and basic computer systems.
• Dependable, punctual, and motivated to support a team environment.
