Job summary

Lancesoft in Thousand Oaks, CA is seeking an experienced LabWare LIMS Configuration & Integration Specialist to support a LabWare 8 implementation in a GMP laboratory environment.

The role focuses on configuring raw material, commercial product, and stability workflows, configuring laboratory equipment, and building interfaces; you will also support validation, testing, and change control activities. Onsite contract engagement with cross-functional QA, Validation, IT, and lab teams.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience configuring LabWare LIMS (LabWare 8 preferred).
• Experience in GMP-regulated laboratory environments.
• Experience with raw materials, commercial products, stability testing, and lab equipment integration.
• Experience with LIMS validation and testing activities and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Configure LabWare LIMS 8 objects, workflows, master data, specifications, and test templates.
• Support implementation of raw material, commercial product, and stability workflows.
• Configure and support laboratory equipment and system interfaces.
• Translate business, laboratory, and quality requirements into compliant LabWare configurations.
• Support requirements traceability, testing, validation, and change control activities.
• Troubleshoot configuration and integration issues.
• Work with Quality, Validation, IT, and laboratory teams to support successful deployment and operation of LabWare.
