Job summary

Fives DyAG Corp. in Thousand Oaks, CA, seeks an experienced LabWare LIMS Configuration Specialist to support a LabWare 8 implementation in a GMP laboratory setting.

You will configure raw material, commercial product, stability workflows, integrate instruments, and assist with validation activities, change control, and documentation. Collaboration with Quality, Validation, IT, and laboratory teams is essential to ensure deployment and ongoing operation.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience configuring LabWare LIMS, with LabWare 8 preferred.
• Experience in GMP-regulated laboratory environments.
• Experience with raw material testing, commercial product testing, or stability programs.
• Experience supporting LIMS validation and testing activities.
• Experience with laboratory systems such as LabX, Empower, or similar platforms.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Familiarity with GMP change control and validation processes.
• Pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry experience.

• Troubleshoot configuration and integration issues.
• Work with Quality, Validation, IT, and laboratory teams to support deployment and operation of LabWare.

Responsibilities:

• Configure LabWare LIMS 8 objects, workflows, master data, specifications, and test templates.
• Support implementation of raw material, commercial product, and stability workflows.
• Configure and support laboratory equipment and system interfaces.
• Translate business, laboratory, and quality requirements into compliant LabWare configurations.
• Support requirements traceability, testing, validation, and change control activities.
• Troubleshoot configuration and integration issues.
• Work with Quality, Validation, IT, and laboratory teams to support successful deployment and operation of LabWare.

Required Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience configuring LabWare LIMS (LabWare 8 preferred).
• Experience in GMP-regulated laboratory environments.
• Experience with one or more of the following:
• Raw material testing
• Commercial product testing
• Stability programs
• Laboratory equipment integration
• Experience supporting LIMS validation and testing activities.

• Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience supporting LabWare8 upgrades or LIMS implementations..
• Pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry experience.
• Familiarity with GMP change control and validation processes.

• Timely completion of LabWare 8 configurations.
• Successful support of validation and testing activities.
• Stable execution of configured workflows in the laboratory environment.
• Successful integration of laboratory instruments and systems.

Must Have's:

• Configuration experience in Configuring LABWARE 8.
• Support implementation of raw material, commercial product, and stability workflows.
