Job summary

IntelliBee Inc in Thousand Oaks, CA is seeking an experienced LabWare LIMS Configuration Specialist to support a LabWare 8 implementation in a GMP laboratory environment. You will configure LabWare LIMS objects, workflows, master data, specifications, and test templates, and support validation activities across raw materials, commercial product, stability, and instrument interfaces.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience configuring LabWare LIMS (LabWare 7 or 8).
• Experience in GMP-regulated laboratory environments.
• Experience with LabX, Empower, or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

• Configure LabWare LIMS 8 objects, workflows, master data, specifications, and test templates.
• Support implementation of raw material, commercial product, and stability workflows.
• Configure and support laboratory equipment and system interfaces.
• Translate business, laboratory, and quality requirements into compliant LabWare configurations.
• Support requirements traceability, testing, validation, and change control activities.
• Troubleshoot configuration and integration issues.
• Work with Quality, Validation, IT, and laboratory teams to support successful deployment and operation of LabWare.
