Job summary

VIVOS Professional Services, LLC in Portsmouth, NH seeks a LabVantage LIMS Specialist to set up and load master data into the global LIMS system, ensuring alignment with global guidelines and data principles.

You will perform local data cleansing, develop site-specific work instructions, and support data quality and regulatory compliance across platforms, working independently with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with LabVantage LIMS or similar LIMS/data management systems.
• Experience in data management, including master data setup and loading processes.
• Strong understanding of QC laboratory operations and related data requirements.
• Experience with data cleansing and data-quality activities.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Ability to develop clear and concise work instructions.
• Familiarity with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to work independently with minimal guidance as well as within a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform local master data setup and loading in alignment with global guidelines and data principles.
• Build and input all initially required master data into the global LIMS system, including: Consumables, Sampling plans, Specifications, Test methods, LES templates.
• Conduct local data cleansing to ensure data quality, consistency, and accuracy.
• Develop local work instructions detailing the execution of global processes at the site level.
• Support master data alignment across a variety of platforms.
• Ensure LIMS data meets applicable quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and requiring minimal guidance.
