Job summary

Creative Solutions Services, LLC seeks a Laboratory Systems Administrator 2 at our Portsmouth, NH site. The role supports the gLIMS implementation and ongoing management, focusing on master data setup, cleansing, loading, and data governance in line with global guidelines.

You will develop local procedures, ensure data integrity across QC operations, and collaborate with the global gLIMS team, Quality Control, and Manufacturing Operations to enable compliant LIMS configurations and accurate

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science or related discipline, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Local master data setup and loading per global gLIMS guidelines.
• Enter master data for the global LIMS, including consumables, sampling plans, specifications, parameter lists, test methods, and LES templates.
• Data cleansing and quality checks to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Develop local work instructions defining how global processes are executed at the site level.
• Collaborate with the global gLIMS team, Quality Control, and Manufacturing Operations.
• Apply knowledge of QC laboratory operations and data requirements to support LIMS configuration and data management.
• Identify data-quality issues and support resolution and continuous improvement.
• Work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
