Job summary

TekWissen is seeking a LabVantage LIMS Specialist to support the setup, loading, cleansing, and management of QC master data within a global LIMS environment at our client site in Portsmouth, NH. This role emphasizes data accuracy, integrity, and regulatory compliance while supporting LIMS implementation and ongoing data-management activities.

The Specialist will collaborate with Quality Control, global LIMS teams, and Manufacturing Operations and should work independently with limited guidance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science or related discipline; or relevant field experience.
• 8–10 years of experience in data management and master data processes.
• Hands-on LabVantage (Platform) experience required.
• Familiar with QC lab operations, cGMP, regulatory requirements, and validation.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Ability to develop clear local work instructions and work independently.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project.

Summary

We are seeking a Lab Vantage LIMS Specialist to support the setup, loading, cleansing, and management of QC master data within a global LIMS environment. This role will help ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance while supporting LIMS implementation and ongoing data-management activities. The Specialist will collaborate with Quality Control, global LIMS teams, and Manufacturing Operations and should be comfortable working independently with limited guidance.

Responsibilities

• Perform local master data setup and loading in accordance with global guidelines and data principles.
• Build and enter required master data into the global LIMS, including consumables, sampling plans, specifications, parameter lists, test methods, and LES templates.
• Perform local data cleansing to ensure data accuracy and quality.
• Develop clear and concise local work instructions for executing global processes at the site level.
• Support data integrity and ongoing master data management activities.
• Collaborate with Quality Control, global LIMS teams, and Manufacturing Operations.
• Work independently and effectively within cross-functional teams.
• Follow applicable quality, cGMP, regulatory, and safety requirements.

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in science or a related discipline, or relevant experience in the field.
• Should have a minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience.
• Experience in data management and familiarity with master data setup and loading processes is required.
• Strong hands-on experience with LabVantage (Platform) is required.
• Experience with gLIMS or MODA is highly desired but not required.
• Knowledge of QC laboratory operations and related data requirements.
• Familiarity with quality standards, cGMP, regulatory requirements, and validation.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Ability to ensure data accuracy, quality, and integrity.
• Ability to develop clear and concise work instructions.
• Strong planning, organization, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently with limited guidance and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project.
