Job Overview

Looking for an opportunity to make a difference? Join our team as a Laborer and help connect America. You will perform general labor duties related to telecommunications construction, including all phases of underground construction such as loading, driving, delivery, digging, removal, and placement of various construction materials and equipment.

Responsibilities

1. Dig using hand shovels and mechanical tools.
2. Install and maintain underground telecommunications cabling.
3. Operate or work around heavy equipment and machinery.
4. Work in congested or remote areas.
5. Maintain visual and audible contact with crew members and ensure safe coordination.
6. Perform general construction work under supervision.
7. Maintain safe working habits and conditions according to all regulations and policies.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Valid Driver's License or Class A Commercial Driver's License.
• Basic knowledge of utility trucks, equipment, and hand tools.
• Optional: Experience in utility construction and ability to read utility maps.
• Ability to lift/carry up to 75 lbs.
• Availability for overtime, after hours, weekends, and emergencies.
• Ability to work in all weather conditions and maintain safety standards.
