Job description

Base pay range

$20.00/hr - $24.00/hr

Responsibilities

1. Safely transport equipment and materials to various job sites.
2. Load, unload, and secure cargo according to DOT and company standards.
3. Perform construction tasks including loading, delivery, digging, and operating equipment.
4. Install underground telecommunications cabling.
5. Operate construction equipment and maintain work areas.
6. Communicate clearly with team members.
7. Complete daily production reports.
8. Assist with site restoration efforts.
9. Perform work in all weather conditions.
10. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Authorization to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma, GED, or relevant experience.
• Experience with hand tools and utility trucks preferred.
• Valid driver’s license (Class A CDL preferred).
• Physical ability to work in remote locations, operate machinery, and lift over 55 pounds.
