About the Role

As a Laborer on our Telecom Underground team, you’ll participate in all phases of underground construction under the supervision of the Foreman or Supervisor. Responsibilities include loading, driving, digging, removal, and placement of various materials at the job site, along with general laborer duties.

Responsibilities

• Transport equipment and materials to various sites
• Load, unload, and secure cargo per DOT standards
• Perform construction tasks including operating equipment
• Install underground telecommunications cabling
• Operate construction equipment and maintain work areas
• Communicate effectively with team members
• Complete daily reports and assist with site restoration
• Work in all weather conditions
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma, GED, or relevant experience
• Experience with hand tools and utility trucks preferred
• Valid driver’s license; Class A CDL preferred

Physical Requirements & Exposures

• Work alone in remote/confined spaces, operate machinery, lift over 55 pounds, and perform physical tasks in all weather

Compensation

Hourly wage: $20.00 - $24.00
