CableCom, LLC is seeking a Laborer Telecom Aerial in Fresno, CA to support an Aerial Telecom Crew with installing and maintaining fiber/telecom cables and materials. The role involves stocking equipment, assisting with moving trucks and equipment, and ensuring safety protocols are followed.

This full-time on-site position requires 18+ years old, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work in all weather.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Authorization to work in the United States for this company.
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent, or relevant work experience.
• Valid state driver's license with clean record (not provisional).
• Certified pole climber or willingness to become certified.
• Previous labor experience in telecommunications is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide tools, parts, and materials to crew members as needed.
• Reposition or move bucket trucks, trailers, or equipment as directed.
• Ensure door-tagging and resident notifications for construction activities are completed before starting work each day.
• Stock, clean, and maintain all company vehicles and equipment.
• Perform hand digging using shovels and mechanical tools.
• Direct/flag traffic flow in line with local DOT guidelines.
• Work overtime, travel, and perform on-call/afterhours responsibilities as needed.
• Perform work in all weather conditions.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Type: Full-Time

Location: Fresno, CA area

Pay Range: $23-25/hr

What you’ll do

What you’ll need

• To be 18 years of age or older
• Authorization to work in the United States for this company
• High School Diploma, GED equivalent, or relevant work experience
• Valid state driver's license (cannot be Provisional), including an acceptable driving record
• Certified pole climber or be willing to become certified
• Previous labor experience in telecommunications is a plus

Physical abilities & exposures

• Routinely: work with arms above shoulder level at heights, in confined spaces and in remote locations, climb stairs, bend, stoop, stand, walk and lift up to 55 pounds, operate vehicle & heavy machinery
• Occasionally: use ladder, keyboard and mouse

The wage range for Laborer Telecom Aerial is$23.00 - $25.00.
