Description:

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Laborer position is a multi-skilled role responsible for cleaning and plant beautification projects at the Dallas/Fort Worth Ready Mix Plants.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Perform cleanup and housekeeping duties for plant beautification projects.
• Communicate, improve, and adhere to safety policies in all work environments.
• Practice safety by assessing risks, performing authorized activities, and using PPE.
• Conduct inspections and complete checklists on work areas.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Required Education: High School Diploma or equivalent

Required Work Experience: 1-2 years related to duties and responsibilities

Additional Requirements:

• Ability to work outdoors, at heights, in warm temperatures, dusty environments, and confined spaces.
• Flexibility to change schedules or rotate shifts.
• High mechanical aptitude, teamwork skills, welding ability, and experience in heavy manufacturing.
• General labor skills including lifting, cleaning, and using hand tools.
• Adherence to safety protocols and proper PPE usage, including respirators.
