Full Time

Pay: Starting at $22.00 per hour. Candidates may be eligible for higher pay depending on experience and skill set.

We are seeking a Paving Crew Laborer based out of Hopkinsville, KY. Responsibilities include site prep, asphalt finishing, and supporting various construction projects, possibly requiring extended hours, including nights and weekends.

The ideal candidate will be capable of performing manual labor tasks, working around heavy equipment, and maintaining safety standards.

• Complete manual labor tasks around the site.
• Coordinate with trucks and suppliers on-site.
• Operate heavy equipment like skid steers or backhoes as needed.
• Conduct daily equipment inspections and maintenance.
• Communicate effectively and follow safety regulations.

Internal Qualifications

• Commitment to safe work practices.
• 1-2 years construction experience preferred.
• Punctuality and reliability.
• Willingness to learn new equipment and perform general labor duties.
• Ability to work overtime and extended hours.
