Compensation Range (Washington Only)

$20.00 - $36.18

Position Description

Laborers support skilled trades by assisting with tasks such as form carpentry, concrete work, reinforcing steel installation, and masonry. This is a safety-sensitive role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Adherence to safety practices per Hensel Phelps safety program
• Ability to take initiative and follow instructions
• Own safety footwear
• Effective communication skills
• Strong math reasoning
• Reliability and punctuality

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with blueprint reading and construction layout
• Physical ability to perform excavation, form assembly, concrete handling, and material logistics
• Support masonry and carpentry tasks
• Material handling and site maintenance

Physical Demands

Heavy physical work involving lifting, walking, climbing, working at heights, and operating tools and machinery. Must tolerate outdoor elements and wear respirators if required.
