Responsibilities

1. Load and unload materials using manual or mechanical means such as lift gates, wheelbarrows, pallet jacks, or dollies.
2. Operate various power equipment including mowers, clippers, posthole diggers, blowers, weed eaters, power washers, and banding tools.
3. Use hand tools like shovels, rakes, hammers, saws, axes, and brushes for maintenance and cleaning of facilities and grounds.
4. Move and organize equipment, supplies, furniture, and materials manually or mechanically.
5. Excavate, backfill, or spread materials to improve recreation spaces using shovels, rakes, and rock bars.
6. Maintain and clean grounds and facilities, including trash collection and cleaning of park tables, docks, and rental equipment.
7. Clear small trees, limbs, and debris with handsaws, clippers, or loppers.
8. Shovel, sweep, or rake snow, sand, or dirt from various outdoor areas.
9. Clean and wax vehicles.
10. Maintain inventory and proper functioning of tools and equipment.
11. Perform minor repairs, painting, and carpentry tasks.
12. Assist with the maintenance and cleaning of rental and inflatable equipment.
13. Prepare excess property for disposal.
14. Select appropriate equipment for tasks to ensure productivity and cost-efficiency.
15. Assist customers with rental equipment, trailers, and loading/unloading.
16. Follow safety, sanitation, environmental, and hazardous waste regulations.

Requirements

• Pass all background checks and the E-Verify employment verification.
