Join FlatironDragados, one of North America's most respected and fastest-growing heavy civil construction companies! We are actively recruiting team members for our CTJV project.

What you will be doing

You will perform a variety of physical tasks on construction sites, including:

1. Cleaning and preparing construction sites by removing debris and hazards.
2. Loading and unloading building materials.
3. Building or assisting with bracing, scaffolding, and temporary structures.
4. Diging trenches, backfilling holes, and compacting earth.
5. Maintaining knowledge of company values and strategic plans.
6. Performing additional tasks as directed by management.

Physical requirements include:

• Lifting: Frequently lift and carry materials, tools, and equipment, sometimes weighing up to 50 lbs or more.
• Standing: Stand for long periods, up to 90% of an 8-12 hour shift.
• Climbing: Climb ladders up to 30 feet, stairs up to 60 feet, and wear safety harnesses.
• Bending and Kneeling: Frequently bend, stoop, kneel, or crouch for tasks like installing flooring or working in tight spaces.
• Manual Dexterity: Use hand tools and operate equipment with good hand-eye coordination.
