Your New Job

Job Summary: We are looking for Laborers to join our growing team. Responsibilities include performing tasks safely and professionally. Basic construction knowledge is preferred but training is provided. A valid driver’s license and passing a pre-employment drug screening are required.

Job Responsibilities

• Attend safety and huddle meetings
• Operate tamping machines and inspect equipment
• Assist with loading/unloading materials
• Maintain a clean work area
• Use hand tools appropriately
• Assist with trench excavation, shoring, and backfilling
• Place conduit in trenches, proof conduits, pothole utilities
• Assist with structural setups and concrete work
• Prepare and place asphalt
• Maintain vehicle safety and compliance
• Follow safety procedures and participate in drug screenings
• Report injuries or accidents
• Help keep the site organized

Required Skills & Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable transportation
• Pre-employment drug test and MVR clearance
• Ability to follow instructions
• Strong communication skills
• Knowledge of safety procedures
• Physical ability to lift up to 75 pounds
• Good vision or corrective lenses
• Manual dexterity and coordination
• Ability to work in various weather conditions
