Job summary

MFA Incorporated is seeking a hands-on Operations Assistant to help run daily activities across feed, seed, fertilizer, grain, and farm supply. You will support all areas of the business in line with company policy and participate in cross-training to grow your skills.

The role emphasizes physical capability (lifting 50–100 pounds) and willingness to work overtime, including weekends, to meet farm operations needs. A High School Diploma or GED is preferred to join our farming community.

• Physical strength to maneuver 50-100 pounds.
• Willingness to work overtime, including weekends, as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the general operation of the location across feed, seed, fertilizer, grain, and farm supply.
• Provide support to all areas of the business in accordance with policy.
• Support cross-training in Agri-Service areas to foster new skills.
