Job summary

MFA Incorporated in Missouri seeks a hands-on team member to assist in the general operation, supporting feed, seed, fertilizer, grain and farm supply across the site.

The role requires physical stamina, willingness to work overtime including weekends, and alignment with our commitment to growth and customer service in agriculture.

Qualifications

• Strength and agility to maneuver product/equipment (50-100 pounds).
• High School Diploma or GED is helpful.
• Availability to work overtime (including weekends as needed).

Responsibilities

• Assist in the general operation of the location by providing support to all areas of the business, including feed, seed, fertilizer, grain, and farm supply.
• All responsibilities should be performed in accordance with company policy.
