Job summary

MFA Incorporated in Missouri is seeking a dedicated team member to support all areas of the location, including feed, seed, fertilizer, grain, and farm supply. You will perform duties in line with company policy and contribute to a collaborative, growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; helpful.
• Strength and agility to maneuver products weighing 50–100 pounds.
• Availability to work overtime, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the general operation of the location by supporting all areas: feed, seed, fertilizer, grain and farm supply.
• Perform duties in accordance with company policy and participate in cross-training for growth.
• Contribute to a positive team environment and deliver strong customer service.
