Job summary

MFA Incorporated in Martinsburg, WV, is seeking staff to support our location's general operations across feed, seed, fertilizer, grain, and farm supply. The role requires physical ability to handle heavy items and flexibility for overtime as needed, with a mindset to grow through cross-training in Agri-Service areas.

You will be expected to follow company policy and to develop basic technical skills, contributing to a team-driven environment that supports farmers and ranchers in our communities.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 50–100 pounds.
• Overtime availability as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the location's general operation by supporting all business areas (feed, seed, fertilizer, grain, and farm supply).
• Adhere to company policy in all tasks.
• Participate in cross-training across Agri-Service areas to support growth.
