• Strong commitment to high quality of work and customer service
• Ability to complete tasks assigned in a timely manner
• Apply common sense understanding to carry out tasks
• Deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables

Responsibilities

• Maintain the job site as instructed by Foreman; duties include mowing, raking, weeding, shearing, edging, and hand pruning
• Safe operation of equipment, including 21” and 36” mowers; power hedge shears; power shears; backpack blower; aerator
• Basic understanding of Plant ID
• Basic hand pruning skills
• Basic skill in shearing shrubs and hedges
• Operate all vehicles and equipment in accordance with Monarch Safety Policy
• Abide by Monarch code of conduct at all times
• Shows up to work each day on time; completes all tasks within time expectations; adheres to dress code and inclement weather policy

• Shows up to work each day on time; completes all tasks within time expectations; adheres to company dress code policy; wears clean clothes to work each day; follows inclement weather policy and sick leave reporting procedures
