Texscape Services Monarch Landscape Companies is a family of successful landscape brands in eight states across the United States. This posting seeks dedicated individuals to maintain commercial landscapes with attention to quality and customer service.

As a member of the Monarch team, you will perform essential duties on outdoor work sites, operate equipment safely, and follow company policies. Bi lingual skills are a plus, and a valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• Commercial landscape experience preferred
• Valid Driver's License issued from state of employment required
• Bi lingual English/Spanish preferred but not required
• Strong commitment to high quality of work and customer service

Responsibilities

• Maintain job site as instructed by Foreman
• Possible duties include mowing, raking, weeding, shearing, edging, trimming and hand pruning
• Safe operation of equipment including mowers, hedge trimmers, and blowers
• Trimming of shrubs and hedges with hedge trimmers
• Basic understanding of Plant ID
• Basic hand pruning skills
• Operate all vehicles and equipment in accordance with Monarch Safety Policy
• Shows up to work on time and adheres to dress code and weather policies
• All other duties as assigned

JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for the maintenance of commercial landscapes

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience Commercial landscape experience preferred but not required
• License or Certification Valid Drivers License issued from state of employment required

• Ability to complete tasks assigned in a timely manner
• Apply common sense understanding to carry out tasks

Physical Requirements

• Constantly required to talk hear see stand and walk
• Must be able to see at close vision distant vision peripherally have depth perception and have the ability to adjust focus
• Frequent use of hands to manipulate handle or feel objects tools or controls
• Frequently required to reach bend twist stoop crouch climb and balance
• Frequently required to lift andor move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift andor move up to 50 pounds

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

• Maintain job site as instructed by Foreman
• Possible duties include but are not limited to mowing raking weeding shearing edging trimming and hand pruning
• Safe operation of equipment including 21 and 36 mowers; power hedge trimmers; power shears; backpack blower; aerator
• Trimming of shrubbery with hedge trimmers
• Basic understanding of Plant ID
• Basic hand pruning skills
• Basic skill in shearing shrubs and hedges
• Operate all vehicles and equipment in accordances with Monarch Safety Policy
• Abide by Monarch code of conduct at all times
• Shows up to work each day on time; completes all tasks within time expectations; adheres to company dress code policy; wears clean clothes to work each day; follows inclement weather policy and sick leave reporting procedures
• All other duties as assigned
