Terracare Associates in Colorado is seeking personnel to perform public infrastructure labor tasks on-site, ensuring safety and quality in every project. The role emphasizes completing everyday duties efficiently, following job specifications, and maintaining equipment according to company standards.

The position requires 0–3 years of related experience, a valid state driver license, and possibly a CDL. A strong focus on safety and timely paperwork is essential for success in this evergreen role.

Qualifications

• 0-3 years of public infrastructure experience or related preferred.
• Valid driver license issued by the state where employed required.
• CDL license or willingness to train / earn a CDL is preferred.
• Traffic control certification or able to obtain.
• Perform infrastructure maintenance tasks including striping, painting, thermoplastic road marking, sign repairs, crack sealing, asphalt repairs and seasonal snow maintenance.
• Understand and implement job specifications for each site.
• Complete daily paperwork timely and accurately.
• Assess equipment operation issues and communicate repair needs to shop personnel.
• Promote a culture of safety and ensure proper PPE usage.
