Responsibilities

• Grout columns.
• General clean-up of site, building organization.
• Stage materials out ahead of carpenter crews.
• Track small tools used and store appropriately at the end of the workday; inspect tools for safe working condition; tag and turn in damaged equipment.
• Dewatering.
• Dust control.
• Assist with cycling of trash containers; set up and relocate temporary heating, cooling, humidification and dehumidification equipment; assist with material and equipment staging for maximum efficiency.
• Engage in light demolition work.
• Assist in enforcing Ryan safety policies and procedures; familiarize with emergency procedures; assist with directing traffic and clearing path in emergencies.
• Abstain from, avoid, and report harassment to supervisor; Hazard Analysis for portion of work.
