Job summary

Aerotek is seeking dependable Laborers to assist with the assembly and installation of steel racking systems in the Denver/Aurora, CO area. This role is contract to hire and runs Monday–Friday, 6:45 AM–4:00 PM, onsite at the Aurora, CO site.

Ideal candidates have general labor or construction experience, are comfortable using hand tools, and can perform physically demanding tasks with safe lifting practices. You will support the installation team and help move materials and hardware on site.

• General labor, construction, installation or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Comfortable using hand tools; power tools a plus.
• Physically demanding work with heavy lifting.

Responsibilities

Laborer

We are seeking dependable Laborers to assist with the assembly and installation of steel racking systems. This is a great opportunity for candidates with general labor, construction, or installation experience who enjoy hands‑on work and using tools.

Pay:

$25.00/hour

Location:

Denver, CO Area

Schedule:

Monday-Friday | 6:45 AM-4:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Assemble and install steel racking systems using hand tools
• Move steel components and materials throughout the job site
• Assist with transporting materials to scissor lifts
• Use nuts, bolts, and hardware to complete assemblies
• Operate hand and power tools safely
• Perform heavy lifting and material handling throughout the shift
• Assist with job site setup and cleanup
• Follow safety procedures and work closely with the installation team

Qualifications:

• Previous general labor, construction, installation, or manufacturing experience preferred
• Comfortable using hand tools; power tool experience is a plus
• Ability to perform physically demanding work and heavy lifting
• Forklift experience or knowledge is a plus
• Reliable, hardworking, and team-oriented
• Strong attention to safety and willingness to learn

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Aurora, CO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
