Job summary

B&S Site Development in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Construction Laborer to help keep our large-site projects safe, clean, and on schedule. You will support site prep, material handling, and the daily routines that keep crews productive.

Responsibilities include cleaning sites, building and removing scaffolding, loading supplies, following safety rules, and working in all weather. Must be 18+, 1–2 years’ experience, GED/HS diploma, and able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of construction experience.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning and preparing construction sites.
• Building and taking down scaffolding and temporary structures.
• Shovel materials to and from construction areas, including asphalt, concrete, and dirt.
• Follow all safety procedures on the job site and report violations immediately to management.
• Load and unload construction supplies from trucks both manually and with the use of equipment.
• Ability to keep up in a fast-paced environment.
• Following instructions from supervisors
• Must be able to work individually or within a team
• Ability to work in all weather.
• Must be punctual, reliable and be a hard worker.
• Count truck loads entails: directing trucks where to dump, sign in tickets, keeping track of time and load count, assuring trucks are lowering their bed before leaving jobsite and making sure drivers are wearing their PPE when they get out of trucks.
