Job summary

MDxHealth in Irvine, CA is seeking a Laboratory Technician I for a Wed-Sun shift 4:00pm–12:30am. The role includes specimen preparation, reagents management, instrument maintenance and QC support.

A High School diploma is required (Bachelor's preferred) with 1–2 years of related laboratory experience; LIMS, lab automation and molecular experience are valued. This is an on-site role with a competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Experience with LIMS database, quality systems and lab automation is preferred.
• Molecular biology experience is advantageous.
• Experience with running laboratory equipment and using pipettes is expected.

Responsibilities

• Specimen preparation and handling.
• Manage reagents and supplies.
• Perform instrument preventive maintenance and basic troubleshooting.
• Assist in quality control procedures.
