Job summary

MDxhealth seeks a Laboratory Technician I for onsite duties in Irvine, CA. Responsibilities include specimen preparation, reagents and supplies management, instrument preventive maintenance and troubleshooting, and assisting in quality control procedures.

Shift is Sunday to Thursday, 4:00pm to 12:30am. Requirements include a High School diploma (Bachelor's preferred) and 1–2 years related lab experience; experience with LIMS, quality systems, and lab automation; molecular experience preferred;

Job description

The Laboratory Technician I tasks will include specimen preparation, preparation and management of reagents and supplies, instrument preventive maintenance and troubleshooting and assisting in the performance of quality control procedures.

• Position is onsite in Irvine, CA. Shift is Sunday to Thursday 4:00pm to 12:30am
• High School diploma (bachelor's degree preferred) plus 1 to 2 years of related laboratory experience.
• Experience working with LIMS database, quality systems and lab automation.
• Molecular experience preferred.
• Experience with running laboratory equipment and using pipettes.
• Hiring salary range: $21.81 to $23.00. The actual hourly rate will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
