Job Description

Join a dynamic Quality Control Seed Health Testing team where your work ensures the integrity and safety of agricultural products. This role offers hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced laboratory environment, supporting critical testing processes that impact global food security.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine laboratory assays including Bacteriology, PCR, ELISA, Mycology, and greenhouse‑based tests following established SOPs.
• Prepare samples for testing and maintain accurate records in Word, Excel, and LIMS databases.
• Manage lab inventory, prepare buffers and media, and maintain equipment.
• Support general lab operations including dishwashing and housekeeping.
• Complete independent projects alongside routine work as assigned.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and quality standards.
• Manual labor tasks such as weighing seed samples, grinding, and preparing buffers for sample prep.
• Assist senior lab technicians with prepping seeds for analytical testing.

Must-Haves

• 1+ years of experience with a STEM education background.

Plusses
