Base pay range

$20.00/hr - $22.00/hr

Location: Ankeny, Iowa

Description:

We are seeking motivated individuals to support daily laboratory activities, including:

• Leading general operations, housekeeping, and maintaining a clean workspace
• Receiving and labeling incoming samples
• Maintaining labware inventory and preparing buffers/reagents
• Troubleshooting and operating equipment for genotyping and PCR production
• Reviewing and archiving task-related documents

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED); Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 1–3 years of related experience and/or training
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively with multiple supervisors
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
• Must follow Employee Safety and Health (ESH) guidelines, SOPs, and maintain a safe work environment
