Yoh is seeking an Entry-to-Mid Level Laboratory Technician to support our pharmaceutical client in Saint Louis, MO, for a direct hire engagement. This role offers an opportunity to join the client's production team and is ideal for recent graduates eager to learn and grow.

A Day in the Life:

• Execute manufacturing batch records, work instructions, and SOPs with a focus on accurate 'right the first time' execution. Assist with batch record reconciliation.
• Assist in departmental functions such as maintaining the suite, supplies, equipment, logbooks, and data in accordance with site SOPs and policies.
• Document all activities to meet cGMP requirements, including document reviews and revisions, daily record review, and database management. Provide active feedback.
• Participate or lead shift exchanges, 1-1 meetings, and other team meetings to facilitate area needs based on operational changes.
• Support quality investigations by answering questions, providing feedback, and suggesting improvements.
• Practice and promote safe work habits, adhering to safety procedures and guidelines.
• Critically evaluate processes, including foresight and proactive thinking.
• Prioritize tasks effectively by interpreting production schedules and completing tasks accordingly.

Education and Experience:

• Required: Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences
• Preferred: 2+ years of relevant experience in manufacturing, operations, production, lab setting, or related field
• Preferred: Experience in a cGMP environment

Estimated Rate: $27.00 - $28.00 per hour
