Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Laboratory Technician to perform essential laboratory tasks under the supervision of a Full-Time Employee (FTE). Responsibilities include various activities such as seed dropping, crushing, planting, harvesting, counting, grinding, reagent preparation, and other routine laboratory functions.

Job Description

• Assist in operating laboratory equipment to generate accurate data.
• Support the receipt and inspection of raw materials, including ordering and stocking supplies.
• Conduct routine and preventative maintenance of laboratory equipment under the guidance of an FTE.

Skills Required

• Proficiency in conducting repetitive tasks with hands, wrists, and arms.
• Experience in fast-paced and/or team-oriented environments is preferred.
• Familiarity with laboratory safety protocols and general lab procedures.

Education/Training/Certifications

• Minimum of an associate degree in a scientific field

Additional Requirements

• Lab teams may shift, and tasks may vary based on the current production season and daily laboratory needs.
• Shift Hours: (Hours are subject to change)
• 1st Shift: 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM
• 2nd Shift: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
