We are hiring for our client in the biotechnology industry.

SHIFT-Sun-Thur 930pm-6am

The Production Technician performs various assignments within a manufacturing environment, including but not limited to: weighing materials using a balance, operating a pH meter, making precise measurements, following detailed instructions, maintaining a clean lab area, washing labware, and assisting with organizing supplies.

The role requires adherence to company, site, and departmental procedures, as well as accurate documentation in compliance with FDA, GMP, and ISO standards. Daily housekeeping of production areas and equipment is essential. The technician must maintain up-to-date training records and comply with all company policies. Teamwork, reliability, and adaptability are critical to success in this position.

Responsibilities & Authority

• Receive instructions on routine work; detailed instructions provided for new assignments by the lead, supervisor, or manager.
• Maintain strict compliance with safety standards and standard work instructions.
• Ensure proper skills, knowledge, and training before performing any assigned task.
• Immediately report safety, quality, or production issues to the appropriate personnel.
• Authority to stop the production line for concerns involving safety, quality, or production.
• Support and maintain 5S activities in manufacturing areas.
• Monitor and maintain minimum training requirements in applicable systems.
